OUR Origins
The Mogel story is one of rebirth and renewal, both professionally and personally. Founding partners Eric and Christine Gilo had each achieved significant success in “corporate America” before they met, but were eager to chart their own course. As they saw their personal relationship and professional passions begin to align, they felt it was the perfect opportunity to pursue both a life together and their dream of owning a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) agency. So, they formed a family and a company in rapid succession, and found that each greatly strengthened the other.
Today Mogel is a thriving organization built on Eric and Christine’s dedication to their craft, their commitment to improving their clients’ lives one career at a time, and their love for ohana and hanai (blood relatives and extended family).
